Normal procedure for ordering a guitar is:
- discuss requirements with customer
- finalise specifications
- estimate a completion date
- make the instrument according to specifications
I photograph the construction process and send a cd with the instrument. This involves the customer in the making and gives them a unique insight into their own instrument. I always stay in touch by email during the making to keep the customer posted on progress.
Each instrument is delivered in a Hiscox case and is fitted with either Gotoh 510 machine heads, Irving Sloane machine heads or equivalent.
I require a deposit of £1000 with the remainder to be paid upon delivery.
